We are a family-run team with over 20 years of experience in the professional cleaning of carpets and soft furnishings. When you book with us you are genuinely helping to support a small, local business.
We started in 2002 when James set out to build a reliable, affordable cleaning service customers could trust. A few years later the business grew into a family partnership when his brother-in-law Richard joined the team. James's wife, Rosie, is also an essential part of the business as she looks after the administration side of things and helps on some of the cleans.
Over the years, we have continued to invest in our training, learning from industry leaders such as Prochem Europe, Cleansmart, and the Alltec Network. This specialised training ensures we are using the safest and most advanced methods to clean, condition, and protect your carpets and upholstery.

Our cleaning products are made from natural ingredients, they are fully biodegradable, and completely non‑toxic to people, pets, and even plants. With a pH level the same as water, they are gentle on fibres and kind to your skin while still delivering exceptional cleaning power

Our service uses the latest advancement in micellar technology, giving you a safer, more eco‑friendly clean that outperforms many traditional detergents
So how can something so safe clean so effectively? It all comes down to size. Our detergent contains particles roughly the size of 20 hydrogen atoms. This incredibly small molecular structure allows it to penetrate hydrocarbons, oils, and sticky residues far more easily than conventional chemicals, which often have larger molecules that struggle to break through. The smaller the particle, the deeper and faster it can clean.
Our detergent works using micelles — tiny spherical structures formed by surfactant molecules when mixed with water. Micelles are the secret behind how soap works. They do three things:
• They lift organic contaminants like urine, oil, grease, and dirt away from the fibres.
• They break these contaminants down into smaller components.
• They encapsulate them inside their cores, preventing redepositing and allowing everything to be rinsed away cleanly and safely.
Our Cleaning Equipment
We use top‑of‑the‑range Airflex Storm extraction machines to deliver exceptional cleaning results. Our machines cost over £4,000 and they are far superior to the DIY machines you can hire from your local supermarket.
Our high powered machines are able to remove deep‑down soil more effectively and extract most of the moisture from the fibres. This ensures faster drying times and results in noticeably cleaner carpets and soft furnishings.
