James started the company in 2002 with a simple goal: to offer a reliable, affordable cleaning service that people could trust. A few years later, his brother-in-law Richard joined the team, and together they have built the company into what it is today. James's wife, Rosie, is also an essential part of the business, managing the administration and helping on some of the cleans.

Over the years, we have continuously invested in our training, learning from industry leaders such as Prochem Europe, Cleansmart, and the Alltec Network. This specialised training ensures we use the safest and most effective methods to clean, condition, and protect all types of carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
