We are a family‑run team, with over 20 years of carpet & upholstery experience. When you book with us, you are helping to support a small, family-run business

In 2002 James started the company with a simple goal: to offer a reliable cleaning service people could trust. A few years later his brother‑in‑law Richard joined the team and together they have built the company in to what it is today. James's wife (Rosie) is also an important part of the business as she looks after the admin side of things and helps on some of the cleans.

Over the years, we have invested heavily in our training, learning from industry leaders such as Prochem Europe, Cleansmart, and the Alltec Network. This training has taught us the safest and most effective ways to clean, condition, and protect all types of carpets, rugs and upholstery​
