Our Carpet Cleaning Process
Step 1 — Pre‑Clean Inspection
We begin with a detailed inspection of your carpet. We identify the type of fibre, check the backing material, and assess the level of soiling. This enables us to choose the safest, most effective cleaning method and the ideal products for the job
Step 2 — Power Vacuuming
We thoroughly vacuum your carpet using a high-powered vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter and rotating brush. Our goal is to remove as much dust, grit, and dry soil as possible before applying any solutions to the fibres
Step 3 — Treating Stubborn Stains
We treat stubborn stains with the appropriate spot-cleaning solution. This solution breaks down the particles that form the stains, making them much easier to remove during the hot water extraction stage
Step 4 — Pre‑Clean Treatment
We apply the most suitable pre-spray across the entire carpet. This treatment breaks down any remaining soil and helps draw it to the surface. Our pre-spray also sanitises the fibres and helps eliminate odours
Step 5 — Hot Water Extraction Cleaning
Using a top-of-the-range hot water extraction machine, we inject hot water and a citric-acid rinse aid deep into the fibres. The machine's high-powered vacuum then extracts both the solution and loosened soil. This citric-acid rinse ensures all pre-spray detergent is completely removed, leaving your carpet fibres soft, perfectly conditioned, and entirely free of sticky residue
Step 6 — Fibre Grooming & Customer Inspection
To finish, we groom the carpet with a specialised brush that lifts, restores, and sets the fibres. This gives the carpet a beautifully even, springy finish. So how can something so safe clean so effectively? It all comes down to size. Our detergent contains particles roughly the size of 20 hydrogen atoms. Our detergent works using micelles — tiny spherical structures formed by surfactant molecules when mixed with water. Micelles are the secret behind how soap works. They do three things:

• They break these contaminants down into smaller components.
